OK so Crime rate is something to consider — Albuquerque sits at 1,351.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,085 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
