Thinking about relocating to Alcoa from Atlanta

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $232,300 on average. Median household income is $60,049, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much reasonable but now it's improving.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is average in most areas.
