Planning a move to Alderwood Manor -neighborhoods?
I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,933/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,933 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
