Studio apartments in Alderwood Manor -options?

Hey, You can expect to pay around $1,933 for rent here. Median household income is $118,077, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Downtown area are challenging. Kids love it here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Denver it's decent.
