What I wish I knew before living in Aledo

Household incomes average around $62,829 in Aledo. With a population of 3,753, Aledo is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I've lived in Highland for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- The weather scene is average

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Hope this helps!.
