Anyone regret moving to Alexandria?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 157K, Alexandria is a mid-size city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Salt Lake City it's tough.
