Best apartments in Alhambra under ?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Rent is about $1,852/month for a decent place. Median household income is $85,189, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $812,700, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
