Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and Homes are going for about $812,700 on average. With a population of 81,483, Alhambra is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
