Is Alhambra worth it salary-wise?

OK so I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 81,483, Alhambra is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 81,483 people. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Mexican places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
