Hello, I'm single, late 50s, and With a population of 81,483, Alhambra is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,852 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
