Curious what people think. I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $874 for rent here. Homes are going for about $107,700 on average. It's a a small town city with about 17,797 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
