Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 3 months ago and Homes are going for about $107,700 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
