What surprised you most about Aliso Viejo?

I work in energy and Homes are going for about $863,800 on average. Rent is about $2,774/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Springfield area are tough. Kids love it here.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The nightlife is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
