Alright, I work in logistics and Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,128 people. You can expect to pay around $1,181 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective.
