Top 5 things I love about Allen Park

I've lived in Sunset for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Active local events and festivals
- The cultural scene scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Happy to answer more specific questions..

I work in real estate here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is tough. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
