Is Allen walkable?

Hello, Just moved here 18 months ago and Homes are going for about $429,900 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Allen sits at 83.1 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks for reading. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
