Anyone else love living in Allendale?

You can expect to pay around $1,081 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
