Hi all, I've been here for 15 years and The median home value here is around $65,300, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
