Hi all, The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $188,900 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
