Random thought, Been living here since 2008. Rent is about $1,269/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
