Career opportunities in Alliance, OH

First post here. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $798/month for a decent place. Median household income is $54,608, which feels on the lower side for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much affordable but now it's improving.

I work in marketing here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is solid. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want outdoor recreation, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
