Hi all, I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $798 for rent here. Household incomes average around $54,608 in Alliance. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
