Is Alliance worth it salary-wise?

I've been here for 20 years and The median home value here is around $113,300, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've lived in West for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Active local events and festivals
- The cost of living scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
