First post here. I'm single, late 40s, and Median household income is $108,669, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $328,700, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,190/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
