Best apartments in Allouez under ?

Curious what people think. Poverty rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Thoughts? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Old Town for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- The healthcare scene is decent

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..
