Rent in Aloha getting crazy

Hi all, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $465,500 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I've lived in Springfield for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Good internet infrastructure
- The healthcare scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
