Biggest downsides of living in Alpharetta?
Hello, We're a young couple and It's a a smaller city city with about 66,355 people. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Alpharetta sits at 111.3 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
