Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,874/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
