Rent in Alpharetta getting crazy

So, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,874/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
