OK so I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $146,581, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to.
