Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Denver about 11 years ago. The main reasons were weather and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Strong job market in several industries
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are established, gas is challenging.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Definitely worth checking out..

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The housing market is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
