Remote worker thinking about Alsip

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $208,700 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
