Best neighborhoods to rent in Altamonte Springs?

I'm single, late 50s, and The median home value here is around $263,600, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. What are your go-to spots? Any help is appreciated.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
