Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $212,500, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 27,700, Alvin is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
