Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2017 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

I've lived in North for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Active local events and festivals
- The weather scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Definitely worth checking out..
