Pros and cons of Amarillo after 12 years

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $186,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
