OK so Been living here since 2010. Rent is about $1,049/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 60°F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
