First post here. Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $910 for rent here. Median household income is $50,978, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Thanks!

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.
