Been living here since 2011. Crime rate is something to consider -Amelia sits at 40.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
