We have two kids and Rent is about $1,665/month for a decent place. With a population of 35,312, American Fork is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
