My partner and I are Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $467,900, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
