Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 15,910 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Americus? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
