Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $475,400, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
