Best apartments in Amesbury Town under ?

I work in automotive and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,573 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 17,277, Amesbury Town is a small town. Median household income is $100,599, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Sprawl everywhere
- Boring for young people
- Not enough green space
Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is public transit. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Houston it's pretty good.
