Best apartments in Amherst Town under ?

OK so I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $454,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 11 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
