Hello, We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,570/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. TIA! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
