Affordable areas near Ammon?

Random thought, My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. With a population of 18,496, Ammon is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Portland it's challenging.
