Hey folks, The median home value here is around $90,000, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 22.4%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $43,668 in Anadarko. It's a a small town city with about 5,627 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
