OK so With a population of 5,627, Anadarko is a small town. The median home value here is around $90,000, which is actually reasonable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
