Best neighborhoods to rent in Anaheim?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $2,082/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $771,700 on average. Average temperature is around 62°F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great BBQ places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much pricey but now it's pretty good.
